Miles Managing Director, Bunbury

Say ‘hi’ to Miles, Hearth House’s resident home comfort guru. His passion for creating warm and inviting spaces is infectious, making him a trusted advisor and even earning him the moniker “Mr. Have a Chat” from his daughters. With years of experience under his belt, Miles’ knowledge of wood fires, evaporative cooling, and other comfort solutions is unrivalled. He thrives on helping customers find the perfect fit for their needs, ensuring their homes become havens of relaxation.

When not dispensing sage advice, you might find Miles tackling laps in Koombana Bay or supporting his caffeine addiction at Benesse. He’s also a dedicated family man and an avid drummer.

So, if you’re seeking professional advice, a friendly chat, or simply a dose of home comfort inspiration, come down and meet Miles.

Matt Managing Director, Busselton

Matt Managing Director, Busselton

The undisputed maestro of home comfort – if Matt doesn’t know it, it’s probably not worth knowing! Known for his beaming smile and contagious laughter, Matt’s presence is a delight you wouldn’t want to miss. Originally from England, he’s now a true blue Aussie, cherishing the sun-soaked summers of the southwest with his three kids.

A local sports icon, Matt has been both a coach and a player, skillfully leading soccer and basketball teams and showcasing his prowess on the basketball court. And while The Prodigy may not have had Matt in mind when they penned ‘Firestarter’, the song could very well be his anthem. After all, when it comes to the art of fires, Matt is in a league of his own!

Garry Service

Meet Garry, our delightful import from New Zealand, who’s swiftly become as quintessentially Aussie as Crowded House and Russell Crowe. Always ready with a joke and a contagious laugh, Garry’s lighthearted nature has rightfully earned him the title of Hearth House’s nicest guy.

He’s the embodiment of a team player, always on hand to lend support or crack a smile. As humble as he is Kiwi, Garry’s down-to-earth demeanour and friendly spirit make him a perfect match for the Hearth House family. His blend of humour, humility, and commitment makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Ellen Accounts

Ellen, the esteemed matriarch of Hearth House and a dedicated humanitarian has anchored the company for a commendable six years. Outside the office, she’s the champion of the underdog (and undercat), dedicating her time to SAFE Bunbury to secure loving foster homes for abandoned pets. Back at work, even though her kids are grown, she hasn’t hung up her disciplinarian hat just yet. The sales team knows all too well that Ellen’s maternal instincts include keeping them in check – with a mix of warmth and authority that only she can pull off.
